Dunfanaghy left it late to secure victory against their near neighbours, Glenea, in a thrilling game of football at Callum Friel Park.

Dunfanaghy kept probing and went close on a number of occasions through Cian, Liam McFadden, and Odhran Sweeney. In the 57th minute, Cian was taken down in the box after a brilliant run. He dusted himself down and dispatched the penalty into the net to tie the match at 2-2.
Dunfanaghy sensed the victory and kept pressing. Seve Roarty went on one of his trademark lung busting runs and delivered a brilliant ball over the Glenea defence. Cian took it down and finished into the bottom corner to win the match 3-2 and secure his hat-trick.
